1. Sourcing Raw Material
We start by sourcing the highest grade midwest Pine from local timber suppliers, ensuring a high quality raw material
2. Debark
We carefully sort, prepare, and debark logs
3. Milling
After debarking, logs are milled to set specifications​

4. Dry Storage
Milled logs are moved under weather-safe sheds before Kiln-drying
5. Kiln-dry
Wood waste is used to fuel one of our four 13,000 cubic foot Kilns, helping save energy and costs. On average, logs spend 12 to 14 days in the Kiln until reaching an internal moisture percentage of 20% or less
6. Planing
Logs are planed to a uniform stack height
7. Pre-Scribe
Timbers and logs are pre-scribed ensuring consistency and reliability when building
8. Peeling
Logs are peeled for an authentic look
9. Delivery
Log materials are delivered to your job site in a timely manner
